Human Resource Manager

The human resource (HR)person is the first day and the last day interacting person in every employee’s work cycle.

The day candidate comes for the interview, the very first person of the company whom he interacts is of the HR department.
And, same is the case at the time of leaving the company.
We all are well known about the responsibilities HR plays in our lives.
From our attendance, leaves, salary, fun activities to our rights all is taken care of by the HR department.
One thought I am trying to clear from my post is that HR always try to stand and support employees as the department is specially designed to take care of employees and HR department does help keeps the business running and successful.

One of my friends is in HR and she told me so many insights on which my thoughts were differing before talking to her, a few are given below

Delay in disclosing the interview results due to the result pendency at that specific department’s end, but as HR is the one who has to face the candidate, so HR covers that part.

In the case of perks and other benefits policy, we blame HR for not designing effective policies for employees while HR can share their views only keeping in mind employees benefits on the policy designing part, the final decision is taken care by the management.

And, HR is also an employee of the organization so in case of any delay in revert or any communication we need to have some empathy that we have for our colleagues.

So, wrapping this post with these points to be considered before judging anyone whether that person is HR of your organization or any other employee.
